Return, Replacement & Warranty Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, here’s how we make it right:
Can I return the product if I change my mind?
No, as long as it’s used and returned not possible in any case — but if unused, you can return the product after some deductions.
Premium
What should I do if my product is damaged?
Send us a photo of the damage along with your order details. We’ll arrange a replacement if it qualifies under warranty.
Can I cancel my order?
No, orders can not be cancelled & exchage. Once products produced, cancellation isn’t possible.
Warranty period ?
Our products come with a standard 5-years for part replacement* & 10 yeras for frame powder coating.

Using them in a manner other than intended (e.g., outdoor camping, covering non-recommended openings) may void warranties. To claim the warranty, please provide: Proof of purchase, Clear images of the defect, Description of the issue.
